Don't Forget Mothers AND Fathers Day AND Graduation!

Father's day thoughts bring mixed emotions for me, because my dad is gone . . .

You would think the moon and sun sat on our heads when dad was around.

Father's Day lets me remember dad with the gift of flowers. I won't go to a grave, where he lays stone cold – Not even since he was buried. I go to a bird sanctuary or a lake or river or a meadow and I take flowers with me and leave them there. That's where my dad would be. Dad would be outside with nature and enjoying the gift of time with us.
